All sessions are for adults eighteen years of age and older. All information is offered for personal and entertainment purposes and is not intended at any time to replace the advice, counsel or the recommendations of any medical, psychological, legal or financial expert or any other professional service. Mediumship and Psychic work are experimental in nature and the information imparted during a session are open to interpretation. Clients are advised that they have free will at all times to make their own choices and Alyssa Ciaccio shall not be held responsible for the actions they may or may not take as a result of their session. By your participation in this session, you are agreeing fully to all stated in this disclaimer.

I understand that sometimes plans change. However, to respect both your time and mine, I have established the following cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 3 days' notice (72 hours) prior to your appointment. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. This also applies to no-shows, which will not receive a refund. If you need to reschedule, I ask that you notify me as early as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

All sessions must be booked in advance with full payment required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely, and I do not store your payment details. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with session details. For virtual sessions, please check your Zoom link in advance to ensure it works. If you experience issues, contact me before the session. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals over 10 minutes may be considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be guaranteed. By booking, you agree to these terms.

I strive to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients. To ensure a positive experience, the following expectations apply to every session: Clients are expected to engage in sessions with an open mind and a respectful attitude. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior—including but not limited to harassment, offensive language, or verbal abuse—will not be tolerated. If a client exhibits any such behavior, I reserve the right to terminate the session immediately without a refund.  Additionally, sessions are intended for personal insight and growth. Any attempt to record, distribute, or misuse session content without my express permission is strictly prohibited. Clients must also understand that my services are not a replacement for professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and I will not engage in discussions that violate ethical boundaries, such as lottery predictions, legal outcomes, or medical diagnoses.
